Corporate Authority: Evidence of your power to sign for a company (Board Resolution, etc.).
Privacy Notice: Registered with the ICO. Data (ID and Notarial Acts) is collected solely for legal compliance and is stored as per the Notaries Practice Rules.
Terms of Business: Fees are due at the time of appointment. Notary acts as agent for disbursements. Liability limited to £1,000,000.
