Charges are based on complexity and time. Standard documents often attract a fixed fee. Disbursements (FCDO fees, couriers) are passed on at cost. In all cases, we will charge a minimum notarial fee of £150 plus disbursements. Fees are based on an hourly rate of £350. We currently do not charge VAT on our fees.

Privacy Notice: Registered with the ICO. Data (ID and Notarial Acts) is collected solely for legal compliance and is stored as per the Notaries Practice Rules.
Terms of Business: Fees are due at the time of appointment. Notary acts as agent for disbursements. Liability limited to £1,000,000.
